Together, we’ll set a simple intention to guide your session. Whether you’re seeking stress relief, emotional support, or just some balance, this step helps align the energy with what you need most.
- Hands-On or Hands-Off—Your Choice
Your comfort is my priority. If you prefer gentle touch or no contact at all, we’ll go with what feels best for you. Either way, I’ll be working with your energy to help it flow where it’s needed.
- Energy Flow
As I channel universal energy through my hands, you may feel blockages shift and balance return. This is your body’s natural energy realigning itself.
- What You Might Feel
You might experience warmth, tingling, or simply feel deeply relaxed. Some clients have emotional releases, while others find a sense of calm they’ve been missing. Whatever happens is unique to you and part of your process.
- Deep Relaxation
Most clients enter a meditative state or even fall asleep. This is your time to let go, unwind, and just be.

Sessions last about 60 minutes—plenty of time to recharge and reconnect with yourself.
