- Pay with HSA/FSA
• Use your HSA/FSA debit card at checkout (if supported by your plan).
- Save Your Documentation
We can provide itemized receipts or superbills for your records. Some plans may also require a Letter of Medical Necessity from your healthcare provider. We cannot guarantee coverage, and coverage decisions are made by your benefits provider.

A supportive, non-performative wellness experience designed to help you soften into safety and come back home to yourself. We’ll begin with a 20-minute Root Chakra Activation Dance led by a guest movement facilitator, followed by a restorative sound bath and group Reiki to support deep nervous system regulation and embodied confidence.
✨ Red attire encouraged to support grounding and root chakra energy. Wear comfortable clothing you can move and rest in.
